Analyse data and produce clear, actionable outputs for the operations teams. Recrutis is supporting one of its clients, a manufacturing technology company in the life sciences sector, in the search for a Junior Data Analyst, based in canton of Vaud, as part of a consulting mission.

Why this role A concrete, hands-on entry-level data role where you own the full cycle — collecting, aggregating, structuring, querying, and analysing manufacturing data. A strong first step into pharma: you work close to operations, with real datasets and real operational impact, in a defined mission with a clear scope and timeline.

A role with a genuine AI dimension: you contribute directly to building and testing AI-assisted tools that automate reporting, data processing, and knowledge management. Contract: consulting mission until end of December 2026, with a budget review in October. Start: as soon as possible.

Seniority: A first professional experience is expected, not deep expertise. Languages: English required; French a clear asset. Scope Collect, aggregate, and clean manufacturing data from multiple sources. Build and run queries to extract and structure relevant datasets. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools.

Develop and maintain AI-assisted tools to automate report generation from manufacturing databases and dashboards. Support the implementation and testing of AI solutions for data processing, reporting, and knowledge management. Profile A first hands-on experience in data analysis with SQL databases. Python, R, or equivalent scripting capability.

Working knowledge of a business intelligence tool (Power BI, Tableau, Spotfire, or equivalent). A first professional experience in a pharma / regulated manufacturing environment. A first exposure to, or genuine interest in, AI / machine learning, and English at professional working level (mandatory).

Strong assets — Differentiators First exposure to manufacturing or production datasets. Familiarity with basic data pipelines and data management practices.
