About the Role
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our growing team in Toronto, Canada. The ideal candidate will be responsible for interpreting data, analyzing results using statistical techniques, and providing ongoing reports to support business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate large data sets from multiple sources
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Power BI or Tableau
- Identify trends, patterns, and insights to drive business growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs
- Support predictive and prescriptive modeling initiatives
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all systems
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and Python (preferred)
- Experience with data warehousing and ETL tools
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and presentation abilities
