Execute scientific‑driven R&D activities autonomously within an international and transnational organisation. Derive optimal material configurations directly from performance requirements, reducing iterative material optimisation cycles.
Define, develop and propose research projects in the field of composite materials and coating technologies, aligned with the Central Research & Technology strategic roadmap. Collaborate closely with a broad ecosystem of academic partners, universities, research institutes, industrial partners and start‑ups.
