AI Futures are working with a mobility specialist client who are the No. 1 in their category and are expanding their Data team in Hamburg.
About the Role
You will rebuild the Data Warehouse into a modern, cloud-native Lakehouse on Azure, using Databricks, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines. They're looking for a Senior/Lead who can take real ownership and develop into a Team Lead.
What You'll Do
- Design and build a cloud-native Lakehouse architecture on Azure using Databricks
- Own infrastructure design and automation using Terraform (IaC)
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support fast, reliable deployments
- Set up monitoring, alerting, and performance/cost optimization across cloud environments
- Implement and maintain cloud security and compliance standards
- Take end-to-end ownership of the platform from architecture decisions to day-to-day operations
What We're Looking For
- Hands-on experience with Azure data engineering
- Experience with Azure Kubernetes clusters
- A solid DevOps/IaC background (Terraform, CI/CD) you're comfortable owning infrastructure, not just writing pipelines.
- Based in Hamburg, willing to work 3-5 days a week in Hamburg office.
