Your tasks You are responsible for designing and conceptualizing modern data platforms capable of integrating and processing large volumes of data from systems at scale. You undertake planning and implementation using modern frameworks and backend services for data provisioning and utilization.

Very good German and English skills (at least C1) for working in international teams and communicating with German‑speaking customers.

Close interaction with our clients is at the forefront of all projects. At PRODYNA, you have the opportunity to independently shape challenging projects and provide the best possible support to our clients. You autonomously handle pipeline optimization and integration into cloud platforms.

You implement tools and solutions to ensure data quality, data cleansing, and provision of aggregated data for analysis. Gathering and specifying requirements from our clients is also part of your responsibilities.

Your profile You have several years of experience in software development, particularly in data‑driven projects, data warehousing, or data platform construction. You are skilled in developing pipelines and data integration routes both on‑premises and in the cloud (ELT/ETL, Azure Data Factory, DBT, stored procedures, or similar tools).

You are familiar with data modeling and have experience with Data Vault, Data Mesh, Kimball, or Inmon, depending on the area. You bring expertise in Big Data architectures and technologies (Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse, SQL & NoSQL databases, Spark, Kafka, Elastic, etc.) and programming (Python, Scala, Java, etc.).

Additional knowledge of data science or business intelligence (reporting tools) is an advantage. You think like an engineer: You plan architecture and software proactively to make them automated, stable, and maintainable.
