Your fields of work in detail: Text mining & information extraction: Improve existing and further develop data extraction scripts and processes from documents (mostly PDF´s consisting of plain text, tables and diagrams), including text recognition (OCR), AI-supported natural language processing (NLP) and rule-based information extraction.
Data enhancement: Development of rulesets and algorithms to complete incomplete data sets through rule-based filling of data gaps or secondary data integration. Image Recognition: Application of computer vision methods to extract information from document images and photos.
Pipeline management: Scalable data processing with Kubernetes, Docker and API-supported data queries. Data Visualization & Integration: Provision of APIs, definition of
