Right now, our data lives in silos across tools, teams, and processes. You'll work closely with our Engineering, Product, Risk, and Finance teams, as well as directly with our leadership, to understand what data they need and make sure they can actually use it.

Must‑have:
Strong SQL and Python skills - you're genuinely comfortable writing complex queries and automating data workflows Hands‑on experience building and maintaining da As our first dedicated Data Engineer, you'll build the foundation that allows us to scale - cleanly, reliably, and without adding operational chaos.
Manual work fills the gaps, and that's a bottleneck we need to solve. You'll design and own the infrastructure that changes that: a single source of truth that powers decisions across Risk, Finance, Product, and Operations.
