Your Future Role

• Design and implementation of data pipelines based on Azure Synapse and Microsoft Fabric

• Development and maintenance of data models for analytical and operational applications

• Management of databases and data lakes to ensure data quality and security

• Close collaboration with data scientists, analysts and other departments to develop data‑driven solutions

Monitoring and optimisation of the data infrastructure to ensure efficient data processing and storage.

• A degree in (Business) Computer Science, an apprenticeship as an IT specialist in application development, data and process analysis, or a similar qualification

• Professional experience in the field of data engineering, ideally with knowledge of big data technologies

• In‑depth knowledge of database management, ETL processes and data modelling

• In‑depth knowledge of Azure Synapse and/or Microsoft Fabric

• Programming skills in languages such as SQL, Python or Java

• Very good written and spoken German and English
