You bridge the critical gap between raw data from advanced tactile sensors and the actionable, intelligent information robots need to perform intricate manipulation tasks. You design, implement, and validate innovative solutions that enable robots to truly "feel" and intelligently interact with objects, pushing the boundaries of autonomous systems.
More specifically, you will: Develop and deploy advanced tactile perception and AI/ML algorithms to enable robots to accurately sense and react to objects. Develop robust sensor fusion techniques and collaborate in cross functional engineering to integrate tactile sensing solutions onto robotic platforms.
