Data Engineering & AI Intern (100%) YOUR TASKS - Data quality control and improvement (R) - Develop automated quality controls (completeness, consistency, duplicates, outliers), design monitoring dashboards, analyse anomalies and propose sustainable corrections. - Contribution to data integration flows and DataOps - Participate in the development and maintenance of ETL/ELT flows (R, Python) feeding the PostgreSQL warehouse and the datalake (GCP), containerise processes (Docker) and contribute to their orchestration (Argo Workflows / ArgoCD). - Prototyping AI use cases - Identify and explore Machine Learning use cases, prepare data, train and evaluate models, and use code assistants to speed up prototyping. - Best development practices and collaboration - Daily use of Git/GitHub (branches, Pull Requests, code review), documentation and participation in the team’s technical watch.

YOUR PROFILE - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a Higher Education institution in data science, computer science, statistics, applied mathematics or a related quantitative discipline. - Programming in R and/or Python. - Curiosity and ease with generative AI tools and code assistants. - Basic knowledge of SQL, containerisation (Docker) and version control (Git/GitHub) — an asset. - Some knowledge of Shiny is an asset. - Autonomy, rigour, analytical and synthetic thinking, team spirit. - Excellent command of French; good level of technical English. - Strict respect for confidentiality and data protection rules (LPD / GDPR). - Valid work permit in Switzerland (or CH/EU nationality).
