Track record of leading customer workshops, managing senior stakeholders and coaching junior team members. We are looking for Data Science & Management Consultants who combine analytical thinking, process expertise and data understanding to deliver measurable business impact.

In this role, you will work directly with our clients, from scoping challenges to translating data into actionable insights. You will implement advanced analytics and process intelligence use cases, and you will ensure that our clients unlock the full potential of their data and operations.

Work on projects that span process mining, data analytics and AI/ML – sometimes combined, sometimes standalone. Develop and deploy real solutions with SQL, Python and analytics frameworks inside customer environments. Grow continuously through trainings, certifications and mentorship in both consulting and technology.

The role As a Senior Data Science & Management Consultant you lead strategic engagements end‑to‑end. You will collaborate closely with our founders, guide associates and interns, and represent cavalis with senior stakeholders on the client side.

You translate ambiguous challenges into concrete roadmaps that combine process excellence, analytics and AI. The work you will do Own discovery‑to‑value cycles for process intelligence, analytics and AI initiatives, from scoping to measurable impact. Design data models, analyses and automation concepts that unlock tangible value.

Build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders and articulate strategic recommendations with clarity. Turn successful solutions into reusable accelerators that enhance our Data Intelligence Factory.

Qualifications you need 4+ years of experience in data‑driven consulting, process excellence or analytics roles with demonstrable business impact. Expertise in SQL and Python as well as common analytics, BI or process intelligence platforms (Celonis experience is a plus).

Fluency in German and English, paired with excellent storytelling and structured problem‑solving skills. Excellent academic background in Data Science, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Economics or a comparable field. Ready to shape the future of Data Intelligence?
