Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a cross‑functional data science team to deliver actionable insights for network orchestration and logistics optimization. Design, develop and production‑grade machine learning models that predict routing, capacity and demand across a global network.
Own data pipelines, ensuring high‑quality, scalable ingestion from diverse sources using SQL and Python. Drive continuous improvement of model performance, monitoring, and retraining workflows. Requirements 5+ years of data science experience with a strong focus on operations or logistics.
Proficiency in Python, SQL, and experience with AWS services (SageMaker, Lambda, Redshift). Hands‑on experience building and deploying ML models at scale, including model monitoring and A/B testing. Solid understanding of network orchestration concepts and distributed systems.
Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to translate complex analytics into business impact.
