What you'll typically be working with: Languages: Python, R, SQL, SAS, SPSS Data platforms: Databricks, Snowflake, PostgreSQL, Spark Tooling: Git, dbt, Airflow, Docker What you'll be doing: Leading data-driven projects end to end — hypothesis development, data collection, model creation, and delivery Surfacing insights and presenting findings to senior client stakeholders Coaching and developing junior team members Travelling roughly 50% of the time, split between client site and remote — individual needs considered Working directly in client teams to deliver to a high standard What we're looking for: A degree in Maths, Statistics, Physics, Computer Science, Data Science, or Engineering — Masters or PhD common but not required 3–8+ years working with real, messy data and shipping models that get used Experience in consulting, top-tier banking, or a specialist financial institution You can explain what your model does and why it matters to someone who didn't build it Fluent English; additional European languages a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr Data Scientist | €50-120k DOE (hiring at most levels) | Hybrid — Berlin (2–3 days onsite) We're partnered with one of the world's most recognised management consultancies — a firm consistently ranked in the top 5 globally, with deep roots in financial services and a rapidly growing Data & Analytics practice operating across Europe.
