We are an interdisciplinary and international team of scientists and clinicians working on medical applications and projects, embedded directly within the Institute of Pathology.
Our team has a long-standing focus and expertise in developing novel methods for digital pathology, advanced image analysis and deep learning, including a novel omics approach, the next-generation morphometry and pathomics.
We have a unique and continuously growing collection of both preclinical data sets and large, international, multi-center data sets from patients. Our hardware equipment comprises high-end computational infrastructure, with several GPU (NVIDIA DGX A100) and CPU clusters and storage systems.
