As a Data Scientist, you will play a key role in transforming complex datasets into actionable insights, predictive models, and business recommendations. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will develop analytical solutions that optimize revenue, support strategic initiatives, and improve business outcomes.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end process of data-driven knowledge gathering (connect, mine, simulate, predict, illustrate, and deploy)

• Create data-based solutions to address complex business challenges

• Translate business needs into hypotheses, leading to advanced analytical projects, and conduct ad hoc analyses to address specific business questions

• Design, train, deploy and monitor predictive algorithms

• Development of data-driven business case models

• Develop and run simulation-based scenarios to quantify revenue and business impact under different assumptions

• Proactively communicate and share your conclusions, as well as explain complex topics to technical and non-technical stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Solid analytical skills in structured and unstructured data (you're a natural problem solver)

• Proficiency in Python and SQL (you can write advanced queries with ease)

• A self-driven and proactive attitude

• Strong verbal and written communication skills (you can explain complex ideas in simple terms)

• Focus on quality (you strive for excellence in everything you do)

• Knowledge of financial markets & financial products (options, futures, etc.)

• Experience with pricing or revenue simulations is a strong advantage
