Our mission is to develop high-quality data sets, analyses based on them, and data‑driven models to take Wüest Partner's products to the next level. /p pbYour Tasks /b /p ul liBuilding and developing spatial and building‑specific data inventories and models related to the real estate market, both for the Swiss location and in an international context /li liDesigning and continuously optimizing data pipelines in our international data warehouse /li liPerforming quantitative and qualitative data analyses with spatial reference /li liCross‑country and cross‑team collaboration to coordinate and find solutions for data‑ and model‑related issues /li liClose cooperation with our Real Estate Experts division to ensure high data standards in the valuation context /li liActing as an expert and central contact person for data‑related questions /li liMonitoring and documenting processes to ensure data quality /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 pbYour Profile /b /p ul liUniversity degree with an analytical or technical focus, natural or engineering sciences /li liVery good programming skills in Python and R for the focus areas of statistics, data science, and data processing /li liProven experience with Databricks / Spark (PySpark, sparklyr, SparkR) – certification desirable /li liSolid database and DWH knowledge (including SQL) /li liExperience with Bitbucket, Gitea, and version control tools, e.g.
