Staefa, Switzerland Data Scientist (m/f/d) As a Data Scientist, you will transform large-scale real-world data into meaningful insights that improve products, patient journeys, and business decisions.

Working within an interdisciplinary, agile R PhD is an advantage. 4+ years of industry experience as a Data Scientist or in a similar analytical role. Strong expertise in machine learning, statistics, predictive modelling, and data analysis. Hands-on experience with Python, Databricks, Azure, or comparable cloud-based analytics platforms.

Experience within MedTech, healthcare, pharma, or a related scientific field such as psychology, audiology, or health sciences is highly desirable. Strong analytical mindset with excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex analyses into actionable recommendations for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Passion for innovation with a strong interest in applying the latest AI developments to real-world healthcare challenges. Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
