Role

You will be technically responsible for automating complex sales processes using AI agents and modern workflow tools (e.g., LangChain). The assignment starts with on-site analysis of existing processes and system landscapes at the client to produce a detailed automation concept including cost estimates, followed by implementation (development, testing, deployment).

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze existing sales processes and system landscape on-site at client locations
• Design a comprehensive automation concept with cost estimation
• Implement the technical solution: development, testing (TDD), and live deployment
• Integrate systems via APIs and ERP interfaces
• Ensure solutions meet IT security and compliance requirements
• Communicate clearly with clients and stakeholders (German)

Requirements

• Experience with AI agents and automation tools (e.g., n8n, Windmill, PowerAutomate)
• Understanding of system architectures, APIs and ERP integrations
• Experience with test-driven development and deployment
• Awareness of IT security and compliance requirements
• Very good German for on-site customer communication
• Ideally a background in computer science, computational science, or a comparable technical degree
