We’re building Reflow, a workforce and workflow intelligence platform that helps teams understand and improve how work gets done. Getting that right across organizations and teams is not trivial. You will define and validate productivity, economics, and workflow definitions, and make sure new teams get accurate, useful analytics from day one.
It requires understanding of their goals, interpreting their data, and designing precise metrics so classifications stay consistent and meaningful. We’re looking for a Forward Deployed Data Analyst to own this configuration work.
What you’ll do
Partner with clients to understand their goals and translate them into a clear implementation plan within Reflow. Own setup, configuration, and implementation for new customers, and help them reach value quickly. Ensure customers continue to get value after onboarding by refining configurations, metrics, and reporting.
Work closely with Product and Engineering to identify improvement opportunities and help shape the product roadmap. Continuously improve implementation and analytics processes to reduce time to value. Design, validate, and iterate on Reflow data models so metrics and reports remain accurate, useful, and meaningful.
