Responsibilities
- Develop AI solutions using generative AI, LLMs, and RAG, designing both intuitive frontends and high-performance backends.
- Work with cutting-edge tools such as LangChain, Hugging Face, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and vector databases like Pinecone or FAISS.
- Collaborate with developers and clients to shape projects, introduce new technologies, and drive innovative approaches.
- Build reusable frameworks, enhance CI/CD pipelines, and automate workflows for faster, more efficient delivery.
- Create AI-powered applications that solve complex, previously unsolvable problems.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience with AI and LLM tools, including model fine-tuning, vector search, embedding workflows, and knowledge of RAG pipelines.
- You have strong proficiency in at least one object-oriented, strongly typed language (e.g., Python, C#, Java, TypeScript) and solid experience with backend development, databases, and API design.
- You are comfortable with cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP) and CI/CD practices, and you know how to scale systems efficiently.
- You enjoy mentoring colleagues, collaborating across teams, and driving technical excellence in both software and AI solutions.
- Bonus: experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), MLOps frameworks, or building modular AI platforms is highly valued.
