Design, build, and deploy end-to-end Generative AI applications using Azure AI services and modern GenAI frameworks Develop and optimize RAG pipelines (data ingestion, chunking, embeddings, retrieval strategies) Implement orchestration patterns for complex workflows (multi-step reasoning, tool integration, APIs) Ensure scalability, reliability, cost-efficiency, and observability of AI solutions in production Integrate AI capabilities into existing enterprise platforms, data systems, and business workflows Contribute to the industrialization of AI development (reusable components, frameworks, best practices) Collaborate closely with business, product, data, and engineering teams to identify and deliver high-value use cases Proven experience building production-grade Generative AI applications Strong understanding of RAG architectures, embeddings, vector search, and retrieval optimization Experience with LLM orchestration frameworks (e.g., Semantic Kernel, LangChain, Prompt Flow) Experience designing scalable, maintainable, and observable systems Experience in industrializing/standardizing AI or data solutions Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Copilot and Microsoft Power Platform Knowledge of agent design patterns Exposure to financial service Banking sector environment.
