We are driven by curiosity, technical excellence, and a shared ambition to build AI systems that make a tangible difference. /p pWe are looking for a bHead of AI Product /b who leads vision, strategy and roadmap of new company’s products, with a strong focus on Artificialy AI technologies. /p pThis role aims to leverage results, artefacts, prototypes, and ideas developed by Artificialy to translate them into market-ready AI products. /p h3About the Role /h3 ul liYou will work on the front line with a team (initially small) which collaborates with various departments, including engineering and sales to develop and launch new high-quality products /li liYou will translate technical capabilities into scalable, market‑ready AI products and business value /li liYou will own the overall product portfolio and lifecycle, including interacting with internal and external stakeholders /li /ul h3Core Responsibilities and tasks /h3 ul liProduct Strategy: Defines strategy, vision and roadmap for AI‑enabled products, balancing market size, business value, competition, technical constraints and model maturity /li liProduct Development: Manage the entire product lifecycle, from discovery to industrialization, accelerating development and time to market /li liAI Production: Collaborate with cross‑functional product teams ensuring agility and alignment and a smooth transition from prototype to production /li liValidation and Lean: Apply Lean Startup methodologies to validate business hypotheses, test MVPs, gather user feedback, and monitor KPIs /li liStakeholder Management: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, partners and investors to present progress and results /li liMarket access: Understand the best approach to the target clients (directly or with partners) and the clients’ needs /li /ul h3Qualifications and Skills /h3 ul liProven experience (5‑10 years) in Product Acceleration in the ICT sector, preferably in AI /li liMaster/PhD Degree, economics, engineering, or a related field /li liPrevious success launching and scaling digital products /li liStrong leadership and cross-functional collaboration abilities /li liDeep understanding of product development, product analytics and market research /li liFluency in English (min.
