Key Responsibilities Define and execute the long‑term AI/ML roadmap to enhance operational capabilities and decision‑support systems. Drive innovation in predictive modelling, computer vision, and autonomous systems, ensuring technical solutions meet complex operational demands.

Foster a culture of technical excellence, rigorous research, and compliance‑driven development. Required Qualifications Advanced degree (MSc or PhD) in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related quantitative discipline. Deep technical expertise in MLOps, LLMs, or large‑scale data engineering.

Comprehensive understanding of the German defence market landscape and associated regulatory compliance (e.g., security clearances). Exceptional strategic vision with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non‑technical stakeholders.
