Base pay range Location: Munich, Germany Employment Type: Full-time Salary Range: €140,000 - €200,000 + competitive ESOP package worth mid‑six‑figures as of today Working Mode: Office first Language Requirement: C1 Level English Your Responsibilities As a disciplinary leader provide directions, coaching and support to the Data Scientists (and Data Engineers – currently 8 FTEs, plan to grow to ~15 by end of next year) chartered to research, develop and adapt algorithms that unlock the capacity in the energy system through optimised returns in trading the flexibility of our assets.
