In-house Senior Data Scientist GenAI, Remote, Global Leader
In-house role with a global, multibillion-euro company. Position can be hired from multiple office locations in Germany. German speaking (C1 or higher).
Your Role
- You work closely with cross-functional teams—including project managers, data specialists, and business stakeholders—to understand requirements and develop data-driven operational solutions with global impact and international scalability.
- You take ownership of the entire project lifecycle, from defining scope and deliverables with stakeholders to ensuring timely delivery of high-quality outcomes.
- You effectively communicate insights, findings, and strategic decisions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- You promote cross-team collaboration by offering hands-on technical guidance, nurturing a GenAI community, and contributing to the professional growth of team members.
- You bring forward innovative ideas and inspire others to explore new approaches.
Your Profile
- 5-10 years’ data science experience, with 1-2 years GenAI experience.
- Ideally experience building end-to-end GenAI solutions.
- Experience in consulting or in-house consulting.
- Experience working in large enterprises either in-house or as an external.
- Fluent in German (C1 or higher) and English.
