Job Description Gather business requirements and identify opportunities for business intelligence and automation across finance functions (Accounts Payable, Treasury, Financial Planning, and Internal Controls) Design, optimize, and maintain existing solutions (BI and automation), ensuring seamless integration within the organization's ecosystem and compliance with relevant requirements Define and enforce best practices for data management, solution development, and secure deployment Develop comprehensive documentation to support the sustainability of business processes and data analysis/automation initiatives Translate complex data insights into clear, actionable solutions Leverage and implement the latest technologies and tools in collaboration with finance, data, and IT teams Present deliverables and actively contribute to knowledge-sharing sessions within broader internal communities Support and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement The Successful Applicant Education, Experience and Core Competencies Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field Relevant professional experience in a similar role, including at least 5 years in transformation or change-driven environments, ideally within finance and international/matrix organizations Proven track record of delivering end-to-end projects with measurable business impact through data analysis and automation Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud, or Looker Hands‑on expertise in data modeling, data transformation, and data cleansing (e.g., SQL, Power Query), as well as familiarity with programming concepts and algorithms Practical experience with automation tools such as Power Automate and/or UiPath Exposure to data management platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and/or Microsoft SQL Server is considered an asset Prior experience in finance within an industrial or manufacturing environment is a plus Fluent in English Personal, Methodological and Interpersonal Skills Strong ability to collect, structure, and analyze large volumes of complex data Pragmatic and solution‑oriented mindset, with the ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies Excellent communication and presentation skills Collaborative team player, comfortable interacting with stakeholders at all levels of the organization What's on Offer Attractive environment Permanent position directly employed by the client #J-18808-Ljbffr
