Responsibilities Lead and support data analytics and business intelligence initiatives with a focus on Non‑Financial Risk (e.g., Anti‑Money Laundering, Client Review or Sanctions).

Collaborate with internal IT and external providers to conduct in‑depth analyses and identify best‑in‑class solutions using the latest technology and the Compliance Analytics & Transformation in‑house built infrastructure. Design, develop, monitor, and document predictive models following industry best practices and sound theoretical foundations.

Work closely with senior stakeholders to design quantitative solutions using different analytical principles to optimise various banking processes. Assess and manage change requests raised by the business. Execute regular and ad‑hoc analysis and reports.

Qualifications Master or Bachelor’s degree from a university of applied sciences in STEM fields (science, technology, engineering, mathematics). 2–3 years of banking experience with a focus on Compliance, Risk Management, and Legal.

Strong communication skills with the ability to decompose complex solutions and data insights into a compelling storyline for the rest of the organisation. Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, agile environment where things evolve quickly.

Enthusiastic about leveraging data and statistics to solve complex problems and curious to learn new things and apply out‑of‑the‑box thinking. Strong database programming skills (e.g., SQL). Proficient in programming (e.g., Python, R, Java, or C++). Experience in project management or business analysis.
