My client is hiring for an experienced Lead Agentic AI Engineer to drive the design, development, and productization of agentic AI capabilities within an advanced healthcare platform. The role focuses on building intelligent, context-aware systems that reason over multi-modal and longitudinal data, orchestrate workflows, and support safe, personalized care experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect Agentic Systems: Lead the design and deployment of production-grade LLM agents, context-aware assistants, and automated workflow orchestrations.
- Safety & Guardrails: Establish strict protocols for evaluation, observability, monitoring, data protection, and human-in-the-loop control in a regulated domain.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner closely with software engineers, AI researchers, medical experts, and product teams to translate complex requirements into dependable product features.
Profile & Requirements
- Experience: 7+ years in software engineering, AI engineering, or applied machine learning, with proven experience building production-grade LLM or agentic systems.
- Technical Stack: Strong hands-on programming skills (primarily Python), distributed systems architecture, API design, cloud-native environments, and MLOps workflows.
- Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of agentic patterns, tool use, multimodal AI, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and security/privacy principles in sensitive or regulated environments.
- Education & Language: Master's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, AI, or a related technical field; full fluency in English.
