You will identify growth opportunities, optimize strategies, and deliver scalable, data-driven solutions. Essential Job Functions: Work directly with leaders to diagnose business challenges and define analytical roadmaps.
Develop analyses, models, and frameworks to optimize customer acquisition and retention. Build scalable ML solutions like targeting, segmentation, and LTV prediction. Qualifications: Minimum: Bachelor's degree in a technical field; 7+ years in data science or growth analytics.
Preferred: MS/PhD; 5 years experience with SQL and statistical software; 1 year in P&C insurance. Expert-level SQL and Python; experience with A/B testing and production ML models.
