What you'll do: Drive end-to-end delivery of machine learning solutions - from prototype and pilots through to deployment into production Work closely with the Chief Product Officer, and wider product and engineering teams, to deliver machine learning features within products Coach and mentor 2‑3 engineers, embedding best practices and helping them to successfully contribute to the machine learning stack What we're looking for: Proven experience designing and shipping machine learning solutions that bring measurable business value Strong technical knowledge - this is a small team, and we expect the Lead Engineer to be hands‑on with the team when needed, leading from the front Experience making safe, tested, and observable machine learning systems, including building the tooling and pipelines that make this sustainable at scale Why this role?
