Design and maintain scalable dashboards, reporting systems, and BI solutions in a fast-paced retail and field-force environment. Lead end-to-end analytics workflows, including data extraction, ETL processes, data validation, and advanced data modeling.
Collaborate closely with Data Engineers to develop and optimize reliable and scalable data pipelines and data warehouse structures. Define best practices for analytics, reporting, visualization, and data quality assurance to ensure accuracy and consistency across all outputs.
Mentor and support junior analysts through coaching, knowledge sharing, and structured skill development. Review analytical work to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality.
