As Manager Business Artificial Intelligence, you will drive the application of AI across business and operational processes.

AI Strategy & Business Value Identify and prioritize high-impact AI use cases across business functions Translate business needs into scalable AI-enabled solutions Define measurable success criteria and ensure tangible business impact Act as the process owner for AI enabled processes Shape the AI operating processes across people, processes, tools and governance AI-Driven Process Automation & Scaling Design and implement Safe AI-supported workflows (e.g., AI agents, copilots, intelligent orchestration) Optimize processes before automation to ensure sustainable efficiency gains Coordinate AI agents, dashboards and cross-system orchestration Develop reusable architectural and process patterns to scale AI capabilities Act as the central point of accountability for enterprise AI standards and responsible deployment Align AI-powered processes with executive priorities and cross-functional objectives Establish governance frame
