- Lead and grow the Marketing Data Science team, including hiring, coaching, and developing high-performing data scientists.
- Drive the creation and evolution of Marketing Mix Models, Geo-Testing, and Incrementality models to quantify marketing impact.
- Design and prioritize a roadmap to improve marketing ROI and deliver actionable insights to senior leadership.
Requirements
- Master's degree in a quantitative field plus 5 years of experience, or equivalent.
- Expertise in SQL, Python, R, statistical analysis, experimentation, causal inference, and machine learning.
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end data analysis projects and communicate insights to stakeholders.
