Manager II, Data Science (Fully Remote)

• Lead and grow the Marketing Data Science team, including hiring, coaching, and developing high-performing data scientists.
• Drive the creation and evolution of Marketing Mix Models, Geo-Testing, and Incrementality models to quantify marketing impact.
• Design and prioritize a roadmap to improve marketing ROI and deliver actionable insights to senior leadership.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in a quantitative field plus 5 years of experience, or equivalent.
• Expertise in SQL, Python, R, statistical analysis, experimentation, causal inference, and machine learning.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end data analysis projects and communicate insights to stakeholders.
