As Marketing Data Analyst at Pflegia, you will be the go-to person for everything related to marketing data.

You will work closely with our performance marketing and product teams, but your main focus will be data analysis and automation rather than campaign management.
Responsibilities Manage and analyze large datasets from multiple sources (SQL databases, Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.) Automate recurring reporting processes (Google Sheets, Looker Studio, etc.) and reduce manual work Build dashboards and reporting pipelines that provide clear insights into campaign and funnel performance Conduct advanced statistical analysis (regressions, predictive models, machine learning approaches, attribution models) to uncover insights and optimize decision-making Support the team in developing and refining a multi-touch attribution model Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure data accuracy and transparency across all channels Your profile Strong background in data analysis with excellent SQL skills Solid understanding of marketing metrics and KPIs (especially in paid performance marketing) Experience in automating data workflows (Python, R, or similar is a plus) Knowledge of statistical methods, regressions, or mac You will structure, analyze, and automate our reporting processes to enable data-driven decision-making at scale.
