Master Data Analyst (m/f/d) What your job includes Create, update, and validate material master records in SAP S/4HANA with a focus on accuracy, completeness, and compliance Collaborate closely with purchasing, production, product development, finance and local site teams across Europe to align on business partner-, material and BOM data requirements Support the development and enforcement of master data standards, naming conventions, and governance rules across plants and systems Perform audits and reporting to identify data issues, working with data owners to resolve discrepancies Design and support workflows for data creation and change requests, contributing to automation initiatives using low-code/no-code tools Participate in project work and system implementations What we expect from you University degree, ideally a Master’s in Business or IT Work experience in a manufacturing or supply chain environment preferred Solid understanding of SAP S/4 Master Data Structure and Objects (tables, fields, config), and related business processes Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments Ability to work independently, as part of a team, and take initiative where needed Fluency in English both verbal and written What we offer you We are a company with flat hierarchies, value-based corporate culture and a pronounced customer orientation in a special market.
