Tasks Lead the process to develop the CBI target picture with relevant stakeholders (e.g., Strategy, Portfolio, Product Management, Sales/Marketing) Research and assess best practices, frameworks and methods (e.g., early-warning systems, signal-to-noise, trigger definition, intelligence workflows) Define a suitable CBI operating model (key questions, inputs/sources, refresh logic, roles & responsibilities, output formats) Design and implement a prototype including: automated data/insight retrieval (based on defined sources and signals) dashboard / competitive radar to visualize insights #J-18808-Ljbffr
