Partner (Equity) - AI Strategy · Strategy Consultancy

Strat-Bridge is partnered with a leading global strategy consultancy seeking an Equity Partner for AI Strategy, to build and lead its AI strategy and transformation proposition across Germany & Globally.

This is a senior growth role for a commercially credible AI leader who can pair real depth in AI with board-level strategy. You will shape a differentiated AI offering across industries, with energy, industrials and the public sector priorities. You will work with senior clients on AI-led business model change, value cases, operating model redesign and scaling AI beyond pilots.

Working with C-suite clients, you will originate and lead major programmes, set AI investment priorities and turn technical possibility into clear strategic agendas.

What They Are Looking For

• Partner or Principal background from a tier-one or tier-two strategy or management consultancy, a Big Four strategy arm, or an AI-focused strategy boutique
• Deep expertise in AI and GenAI strategy, with a visible move from technical depth into board-level advice
• A track record of AI work you have sold, not only delivered - named clients, meaningful programmes and products built and scaled across industries
• An established C-level network across German and European industry
• Consistent personal origination and a track record of winning work
• Proven strength in one or more of AI strategy, digital transformation, operating model and data
• A founder mindset, with the appetite to build a practice rather than join one
• Fluency in German and English
