Required skills MSc degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or related technical field or equivalent practical experience Strong software development experience through hands on coding with 10+ years of related work experience in data science or machine learning.
Experience with Generative AI systems, including large language models (LLMs), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and model evaluation.
Practical experience with AI Agent frameworks and architectures, such as LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar multi-agent / orchestration frameworks Deep understanding of AI Agent concepts, including agent planning, tool use, agent memory management, multi-agent collaboration, autonomous decision-making, and agent evaluation.
Experience in formulating analytical problems into actionable research and applying advanced techniques for problem solving Good communication skills to convey sophisticated topics in straightforward terms Working proficiency in verbal and written English Preferred Skills PhD degree in Computer Science or Machine Learning or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
Stellar analytical skills along with communication and presentation skills. Deep comprehension of the importance of , troubleshoot and debug software programs for databases, applications, tools, networks etc.
As a member of the software engineering division, you will take an active role in the definition and evolution of standard practices and procedures. You will be responsible for defining and developing software for tasks associated with the developing, designing and debugging of software applications or operating systems.
