Responsibilities
- Continuously sharpen our AI ambition, AI narrative and strategic AI roadmap in alignment with our corporate objectives, ensuring initiatives are evaluated by impact and implemented with focused execution.
- Remove barriers: optimize interfaces and processes and create ownership in the interplay between AI strategy, governance and technology so that the time-to-production for AI solutions is radically shortened.
- Ensure our AI operating model delivers in practice as a hub-and-spoke approach and that decentralized units can seamlessly connect.
- Act as a strategic sparring partner at all levels when assessing new technological leaps in the field (e.g., Agentic AI) and integrating them into our business and operating model.
- Represent Atruvia’s AI interests with our partners and in the committees of the Cooperative Financial Group, ensuring the interoperability and integration capability of our solutions.
Requirements
- Hold a successfully completed (Master’s) degree in (business) computer science, mathematics, physics or a comparable qualification, plus many years of relevant experience in scaling technological innovations.
- Be able to mediate between technical experts and top management, present complex concepts in a target-group-appropriate way and apply your skills effectively. Bring extensive industry and market knowledge and a strong IT affinity.
- Have business-fluent German (at least C1 level) and good English skills (B2 level).
- Possess analytical and conceptual thinking, entrepreneurial approach and persuasiveness, combined with a willingness to take on responsibility.
- Be a networker who is experimentation- and innovation-oriented, customer-focused and can contribute experience from agile organizational structures.
- Due to collaboration across multiple locations, a high level of commitment and willingness to travel is required.
