Employment type: Permanent

Full‑time, 38 hours per week with low travel; German and English language proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic‑technical AI consulting projects from conception to successful implementation, maintaining focus on objectives, stakeholders, quality and value.

• Develop structured use‑case portfolios for AI and AI‑agent applications, assess business potential and prioritize them.

• Act as a trusted sparring partner for C‑level executives and project/program leaders, advising customers and generating repeat business.

• Design forward‑looking AI strategy and operating model.

• Take responsibility for continuous development of consulting approaches, methods and best practices in AI, generative AI and AI agents.

• Position Telekom MMS as an AI thought leader through case studies, talks and presence at relevant industry formats.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience as AI/Digital Consultant, AI Expert / Data Strategist or equivalent.

• Experience developing AI strategies for enterprise and mid‑market clients.

• Strong understanding of and interest in digitalisation and AI developments.

• Experience in drafting AI governance and AI operating‑model frameworks.

• Strong technical knowledge of modern AI architectures and related IT landscapes.

• Ability to explain complex concepts to management and technical teams.

• Excellent presentation, moderation and pre‑sales skills towards decision makers.

• Analytical mindset, curiosity about future topics, high technical competence, pragmatism and entrepreneurial thinking.

• Plus: experience with on‑premise and cloud AI infrastructures, data strategy, data governance, data products and data hubs.
