Key Responsibilities Architect and buildfullstackapplications end to end, from modern web frontends through backend services, APIs, and data layers. Mentor and coach engineers, lead technical reviews, and grow capability across the team.

The specific stack is open, but you must be highly proficient withmodern frameworkson both frontend (e.g.TypeScriptwithReactorAngular) and backend (e.g.Python, Node.js, Java, or .NET).

Overview We are seeking a Principal Software & AI Engineer to act as a technical leader across the full delivery lifecycle — from shaping solutions with customers to building, deploying, andoperatingthem in production. This is a hands‑on principal role: you set technical direction, drive solutioning, and remain close to the code.

Design, develop, and operationalizeGenerative AI capabilities— including LLM-based solutions, RAG pipelines, prompt and context engineering, model integration, evaluation, and guardrails — and embed them into production applications.

Leadtechnical solutioningin collaboration with customers: gather requirements, shape architectures, scope and estimate work, and present technical proposals and trade-offs to both technical and business stakeholders.

Own theDevOpslifecycle — CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, containerization, orchestration, and observability — ensuring secure, reliable, and repeatable delivery. Set and uphold engineering standards across architecture, code quality, testing, and security.

Act as a trusted technical advisor to clients, supporting pre‑sales and discovery alongside delivery. Required Skills & Experience Extensivefullstackengineering experience.

DemonstratedAI engineeringexperience: building and shipping productionGenerative AIsolutions, working with LLMs, embeddings/vector stores, RAG, orchestration frameworks, and model evaluation and monitoring.

StrongDevOpsbackground: CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code (e.g.Terraform/Bicep),Docker,Kubernetes, and hands‑on experience withMicrosoft Azure(mandatory — our primary cloud platform).

Proventechnical consulting and pre‑salesexperience: directly engaging customers, leading solutioning and architecture discussions, supporting discovery and pre‑sales, and communicating clearly with both engineers and business stakeholders. Track recordoftechnical leadership and mentoringappropriate toa principal-level role.

Solid grasp of software architecture, design patterns, security, and scalability. Nice to Have Experience withMicrosoft Foundryor comparable AI platforms and tooling. Familiarity withadditionalcloud providers alongside Azure, and a broad range of frameworks across the stack.

Contributions to technical strategy, capability building, or thought leadership. Experience withLLMOpspractices for the lifecycle management of Generative AI systems. #J-18808-Ljbffr
