Act as the 'voice of the data' for MSI executives, translating technical telemetry into business narratives that showcase the value proposition and progress of the CPS team. Partner with Engineering, Finance, and Product teams to ensure data integrity and to automate the collection of metrics from various common services such as Unified ID and AMS.
Responsibilities Lead the roadmap for internal business intelligence, identifying the key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics required by leadership to evaluate the health of the CPS ecosystem.
Design, develop, and maintain high‑impact BI dashboards that provide real‑time visibility into application adoption, service utilization, and centralized cost management. Analyze complex datasets across hardware, software, and cloud services to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for operational efficiency.
Requirements Bachelor's degree required. At least 5 years in Product Management with a heavy emphasis on Data Analytics, BI, or Business Operations. Strong expertise in BI tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker). Experience working with data sourced from cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, and enterprise integrations.
Demonstrated success in translating raw operational data into executive‑level insights and strategic recommendations. Polished presentation skills with the ability to explain complex data trends to non‑technical internal stakeholders.
