About the Role

We are looking for experienced Quantitative Researchers and Quantitative Data Scientists with strong statistical and programming backgrounds in financial modeling and quantitative research.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in areas such as alpha research, backtesting, derivatives pricing, portfolio/risk modeling, or quantitative strategy development.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct quantitative research using financial and market datasets.
• Develop and evaluate alpha signals and systematic trading strategies.
• Design rigorous backtesting frameworks and analyze strategy performance.
• Build statistical models for market behavior, portfolio construction, and risk.
• Work on derivatives pricing, volatility modeling, or quantitative risk models where relevant.
• Perform time-series analysis, hypothesis testing, regression, and statistical validation.
• Use Python, SQL, and statistical methods for research and analysis.
• Evaluate model robustness and identify overfitting, bias, and regime sensitivity.

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on quantitative research or quantitative modeling experience; 5+ years preferred.
• Master’s degree or higher in Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Financial Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, or another quantitative discipline.
• Strong hands-on proficiency with Python, SQL, and statistics.
• Experience with at least one of:
• Strong understanding of probability, statistical inference, regression, and time-series analysis.
• Active and credible professional LinkedIn profile.

Preferred Background

Quantitative Researcher, Quant Research Scientist, Quantitative Analyst, Systematic Researcher, Quantitative Strategist, or Quant Data Scientist.
