Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable and reliable MLOps pipelines for machine learning models.
• Automate the process of model training, deployment, testing, and monitoring.
• Implement CI/CD practices for machine learning workflows.
• Manage and optimize ML infrastructure on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Develop tools and frameworks to support the ML lifecycle.
• Collaborate with data scientists to ensure models are production-ready.
• Monitor model performance in production and implement strategies for retraining and updates.
• Ensure the security, scalability, and reliability of ML systems.
• Document MLOps processes and best practices.
• Stay current with emerging MLOps tools and techniques.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in software engineering or machine learning engineering.
• Proven experience in building and managing MLOps pipelines.
• Proficiency in Python and relevant ML libraries (e.g., Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their ML services.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).
• Strong understanding of software development best practices and version control (Git).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for remote work.
• Knowledge of infrastructure as code (Terraform) is a plus.
