Key Responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets related to user fitness activities, engagement patterns, and program outcomes.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for fitness products and services.
• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data, translating findings into actionable business recommendations.
• Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and engineering teams to define data requirements and analytical frameworks.
• Design and conduct A/B tests and other experiments to evaluate the impact of new features and strategies.
• Build predictive models to forecast user behavior, churn, and engagement.
• Present complex analytical findings to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and understandable manner.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all analytical processes.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in data analytics, machine learning, and the fitness technology landscape.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the growth of the data science team.

Requirements

• Master's or Ph.D. in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, with a significant focus on user behavior, digital products, or the fitness/wellness industry.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
• Strong understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms, and experimental design.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences effectively.
• Experience working with large-scale datasets and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
