Responsibilities include compiling, analyzing, and reporting sales data; monitoring and analyzing competitive activity, customer, and market trends; providing actionable insights to guide the sales and marketing teams; reviewing past and current sales data to determine productivity trends; presenting actionable information and insights; creating new reports and dashboards, and updating workflows and fields as needed; supporting Sales Management with KPI/Scorecard development and distribution and maintaining weekly/monthly/annual reporting; CRM maintenance and standardization as a Salesforce super user; and supporting initiatives for data integrity and normalization.
