Sales Operations & AI Manager

As a Sales Operations & AI Manager, you will own the systems, automations, and infrastructure that power the sales engine.
What You'll Do Own the end-to-end inbound sales process architecture — mapping, optimising, and systemising every stage from first touch to closed deal. Configure, maintain, and continuously improve the CRM (Bitrix24) — pipelines, automations, fields, workflows, and integrations.
Build and deploy AI agents to automate repetitive sales tasks, enrich data, and accelerate decision‑making. Own the technical architecture of email marketing — sequences, segmentation logic, trigger rules, and tooling — in close collaboration with content owners.
Build and operate lead generation automations — prospecting workflows, data sourcing, enrichment pipelines, and outreach sequencing.
