SDE II, Conversational AI Developer

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain ChatBots

• Handle complex conversational flows

• Integrate APIs

• Conduct impact analysis

• Optimize and review code

• Train voice bots and manage integrations

• Build and deploy multi-language bots

• Collaborate with teams and stakeholders

• Participate in Agile development processes

• Manage project tasks in JIRA

• Work in a shift from 2 pm to 11 pm (IST)

Requirements

• 5-7 years of strong experience in developing ChatBots

• Handling complex conversational flows and knowledge on training NLP

• Strong experience in NodeJs or Python programming

• API integrations

• Handling complex logic and impact analysis

• Strong understanding of code optimization

• Standard development practices for bot

• Unit test cases and code review

• Good understanding of voice bot

• Voice platform integrations

• Bot training and impact of training

• Understanding of multi language bot building, deployment

• Integrating multiple channels with pros and cons of implementation

• Experience in agent handover scenarios with CRM modules available in markets eg. Salesforce and RingCentral

• At least one conversational AI platform certification (Cognigy, Yellow.AI, Kore.AI, Lex, Luis, Google Dialogflow, IBM Watson)
