Senior AI Architect (m/f/d)

Job DescriptionYour RoleAs a Senior AI Architect (m/f/d) you will drive the design, architecture, and governance of enterprise AI solutions across BEUMER Group. You will define scalable AI standards, lead complex AI initiatives, and ensure the secure and effective adoption of technologies such as Azure AI Foundry and Microsoft Copilot Studio. As the key authority for AI architecture, you will help shape the company's AI strategy and enable business transformation through innovative, enterprise-wide solutions.

Your Responsibilities

• Define and maintain enterprise AI architecture standards, reference architectures, and design principlesLead solution architecture for strategic and complex AI use cases across the organizationDesign end-to-end AI ecosystems integrating AI services, enterprise applications, data platforms, and external systemsDrive the adoption and evolution of platforms such as Azure AI Foundry, Microsoft Copilot Studio, AI agents, and Generative AI solutionsEstablish AI governance frameworks, responsible AI practices, security controls, and compliance standardsDefine architecture patterns for copilots, RAG solutions, intelligent automation, and AI-powered business applicationsProvide architectural guidance, mentoring, and coaching to AI engineers and technical teamsEvaluate emerging AI technologies and continuously evolve the enterprise AI roadmapYour ProfileDegree in Computer Science, Software
  Engineering, Information Technology, or a comparable fieldSeveral years of experience developing and delivering complex software solutionsDeep expertise in enterprise AI architecture, AI platforms, and large-scale solution designStrong knowledge of Azure cloud architecture, Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, Generative AI, and AI agentsExperience with enterprise integrations, APIs, data platforms, and distributed system architecturesSolid understanding of AIOps, AI lifecycle management, monitoring, observability, and model governanceKnowledge of cybersecurity, compliance requirements, responsible AI principles, and enterprise architecture frameworksExcellent stakeholder management, communication, mentoring, and strategic problem-solving skillsWhat Makes This Role SpecialTake a leading role in shaping the enterprise AI strategy and architecture of a global technology organizationInfluence
