WHAT YOU BRING 4+ years* of working experience as a software, ML or AI engineer Proven track record in delivering end‑to‑end solutions (to production) Experience within the GenAI space (currently hiring for this domain) Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) Experience leading projects or small technical teams Strong communication skills (technical and non‑technical) in English and German Familiarity with MLOps principles and a passion for building robust, scalable systems Currently based in Europe, since relocation outside of Europe is not possible for this role today *We value talent at every stage.
